I'm not a great blogger, but I will try to keep you up to date as to how Wyatt is growing. We are very proud and happy parents to have such a wonderful blessing!

So we went to great grandma's house on Sunday to spend some time with her and grandpa. We had a blast. Wyatt ran around everywhere. He also walked around the backyard with grandpa. We had lunch there and Wyatt pretty much ate most of his fries and burger. He had so much fun there that he fell asleep for a good hour straight. And then some more sleeping on my chest!
So Wyatt is now almost 2 years old!! OMG, how time flies. And along the flying time, how much he has grown!!! This kid is growing like a weed. He says quite a few words like Dada, ball, thank you, hi and bye bye. It's actually really cute when he says Bye Bye because he walks away and waves as he's saying bye bye. He's just too cute! But of course, i'm probably being biased. haha. But lately his favorite words are Oh man. When his toys fall or he trips he says "Oh man!" We have a difficult time trying to get him to say please. He'll repeat almost any word you say. But once you say please, he just stops and looks at you funny. He does know how to say thank you though. Oh, he also says "here you go" and "see you". And of course, his favorite word, no.
On labor day weekend, we went to Sacramento gold rush Days. We had a blast and Wyatt was dressed up as a little cowboy. He had his dual six shooters (don't worry, it's fake), his boots and hat. He was so cute that we were constantly stopped because people wanted a good look at him. Even the actors loved his outfit. After one of the reenactments, Wyatt wanted to play with his guns to and get the bad guys. Then as we started walking back to the car, Wyatt spotted some steps and decided it was time for him to take a break, sit down and have a nice cold drink of water. So we put him in his stroller, headed back to the car. As soon as the car started, he was out.
I love the gold rush Days. Can't wait for next year. But our next stop is the Renaissance fair.
